Outputs

Each project will deliver peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and summaries of the findings. We will also produce a toolkit and training resource from our work.

For Academics

We will provide links to the peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations for each of the projects on this website.

For Policy-Makers

We will measure our success in influencing NHS policy by the emergence of policies for interpreting and responding to online feedback that reference our work.

View our policy summary here.

For the Public

We will provide summaries of each of the projects on this website.

For Practitioners

The impact of the programme on NHS practice will be most apparent in the utilisation of our toolkit. Specific evidence of impact will be gained by monitoring the uptake of these from download statistics, as well as from testimony from our stakeholder network and partner Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).

We will provide summaries of each of the projects on this website.

Toolkit

We will produce a toolkit and training resource from our work, available via this website and on Healthtalk.org and also distributed to relevant organisations.

The resource will be intended for managers, practitioners, patients and the public and will be updated after our work is completed. The training resource will be developed to help NHS staff interpret and respond appropriately to commentary from patients and harness feedback to improve services.
